Last week we received a call on our construction line requesting that we move a refueling tank away from the South fence line. It was moved the next day. Also we received a complaint regarding workers shouting at neighbors. We took this very seriously and have investigated it as best we can post event. What we’ve learned is there was a crew working on the sidewalk across from our property. They had several pickup trucks parked on Ashby and at one point during rush hour on Thursday had blocked Ashby. This crew was in no way associated with our work. We asked them to move their trucks and they shouted at us. It is our belief this was the source of the complaint. Nonetheless we have instructed crews to engage politely with neighbors and to direct them to call 346-595-1717 or email at 1717Bissonnet@StreetLIghts.com to resolve any issue. Thank you for calling our attention to these issues. Only when we know can we take action.
This week of June 5th the sidewalks on Bissonnet and Ashby will be closed and a new temporary fence will be installed. Below are the on-site activities by week.
Week of 06/05:
Earthwork, moving dirt with onsite equipment while dump trucks haul dirt onsite.
Install new utility lines onsite.
Close Bissonnet and Ashby sidewalks, install new temp fence.
Week of 06/12:
Earthwork, moving dirt with onsite equipment while dump trucks haul dirt onsite.
Install new utility lines.
Auger Drill to be delivered and drill auger cast test pile.
Install Security cameras
